1.Rates And Validity:
All rates qouted for Hotel in Bahrain are in Bahrain Dinnar ( BD )and valid 01 April 2002 to 31 March 2003 unless otherwise
stated.However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, whic are over and beyond our control such as increase in transportation
cost, admission fees, hotel rates goverment tax, etc.Asfar Hotel Reservation reserve the right to alter such applicable rates
without prior notices.
2.Transfer Policy:
* Meet and assit services with maximum time of 1 1/2hours only and in case of flight delays, waiting time will be adjusted
accordingly.
*Vehicles: air conditioned limousine, combis and coaches.
All vehicles used by Asfar Hotel Reservations are insured with local law.
Where possible, we will utilize equipment owned by us or by our associated companies.Every effort is made to ensure that
the best available transportation is used.
Hotel:
* All rates are quoted with satandard service charge and government tax.
* Check-In at 1400hrs and Check-out at 1200hrs
*Rates are not inclusive of Breakfast unless otherwise stated.
* GIT rates are available upon Request
4.Child Rates:
All rates published are based on adults. Child is defined as above 2 Years and Below 12 Years of age.Child rates with
extra is 75% of an adult rate and child rate without extra bed is 50% of an adult rate ( applicable for package only )
